The following rules
apply to any individual or company that joins or applies for membership to
FreeInternetOffers.com, a subsidiary of Signup2.com, Inc., as an affiliate to promote
offers provided by FreeInternetOffers.com. Any
Violation of any of these rules will result in an immediate termination of membership, and
forfeiture of any unpaid commissions earned.
1. Websites or newsletters that contain,
promote or distribute any pornographic, illegal, offensive, hacking or hate material or
related content will not be accepted; nor will any sites or newsletters that contain links
to any sites that contain, promote or distribute any pornographic, illegal, offensive,
hacking or hate material or related content. The
following are examples of the type of sites or links to sites that are not allowed to
participate, but are not limited to: adult sites, software trading (warez) sites,
hacking/phreaking sites, illegal mp3 music sites, libelous or defamatory
sites, and software piracy sites.
2. Participants may not artificially inflate
traffic, click thrus, or submit fake submissions, registrations or sales using any device,
program, or robot.
3. Participants are not allowed to use bulk
email, spam or unsolicited commercial email to promote any of the offers provided by
FreeInternetOffers.com.
4. Participants are not allowed to post any
advertisements links or graphics promoting any offers provided by FreeInternetOffers.com
in any newsgroups.
5. Signup2.com, Inc. pays commissions to its
FreeInternetOffers.com affiliates/members on a monthly basis. Monthly commission checks are paid to
FreeInternetOffers.com affiliates/members within 60 days of any month’s activity. Commissions calculated on purchases that result in
product returns, credit card charge-backs, insufficient funds or bad checks will be
reversed from the affiliate’s total commission for that payment period. Payments are
sometimes paid ahead of schedule, but Signup2.com Inc. reserves the right to pay within 60
days of any month’s activity to account for product returns, credit card
charge-backs, insufficient funds or bad checks.
6. There is a $20 minimum for all commission
checks. $20 dollars in total commissions must
have accrued in an affiliates account before a commission check is issued. Monthly commission amounts less than $20 will be
rolled over into the next month’s commission total.
Once the commission total reaches $20, a commission check will be issued. There is a $1 processing fee deducted from every
commission check to cover data processing and year-end commission reports. This $1 fee is not counted against the $20
commission check minimum.

Signup2.com reserves the right to terminate any FreeInternetOffers.com affiliate that
violates any of the rules stated above. Signup2.com
will also refuse payment on unpaid commissions due to any affiliate terminated due to
fraudulent activities or violation of the rules stated above. Signup2.com reserves the right to prosecute or
take any lawful legal action against any affiliate to recover commissions already paid
where fraud has been committed to earn said commissions.
8. Signup2.com reserves the right to
change the FreeInternetOffers.com Affiliate/Member Rules as needed without notice. |
